IRON CORPS

Empire Iron Corps帝国铁军 · v10

A complete constitution for running your AI coding agent as a 16-role virtual company: a CEO and eight staff officers, content legions, an independent review corps, and standing scouts — charters, rules of engagement, templates, and self-verification scripts, ready to deploy.

中文版 → · This is the English landing for a Chinese-language pack (v1). English edition of the pack itself is on the roadmap.

v10 · 2026-10-09 Docs CC BY 4.0 + Code MIT Node ≥ 18 (verify scripts only) 38 files · zero dependencies GitHub repo →

What it solves

1. Your AI team gets a constitution

22 charters: mission charter, org constitution, ten rules of engagement, 16 role charters, three regulations. Each role is enforceable discipline — decision frameworks, collaboration protocols, hard boundaries, output standards. Not personality stickers.

2. Assembly is machine-verified

Three zero-dependency scripts ship inside: pack integrity check, assembly check, and an external-wording lint. The pack includes a recorded from-scratch verification run — if any step doesn't reproduce, compare against it.

3. The team grows itself

A standing-scout mechanism (continuous industry recon, team upgrades, expansion) + an external-recon regulation (scout open-source best practices: evaluate → trial → adopt → review) + knowledge-graph methodology so lessons compound.

Download

Some old unzip builds mangle non-ASCII filenames inside the zip — on Unix/macOS use the tar.gz. Unpacked directory: empire-iron-corps/. (The charters are written in Chinese.)

Three-minute setup

  1. Environment: Node.js ≥ 18 (only for verify scripts; skip if you don't run them).
  2. Install as a skill (recommended): copy the whole empire-iron-corps/ directory into your AI coding agent's skills directory, then say "assemble the corps / call a war council / summon the CEO" to trigger it.
  3. Or use as plain docs: copy the 22 charters in references/ plus templates/ to <project>/docs/empire/, the two knowledge-graph seeds to <project>/docs/knowledge-graph/, and create an empty docs/PROJECT_MEMORY.md battle log.
  4. Verify: node scripts/verify-empire.mjs <project root> prints PASS → assembled. Step-by-step guide ships inside the pack (使用说明.md, with a recorded run in 成功验证.md).

Honest notes

1. All 16 member names and backstories are fictional AI personas — stated explicitly in the pack; never to be presented as real people's credentials.

2. The hard red lines (Rule 7) are recommended to keep verbatim: no fraud or spam, no snake-oil courses, no fear-selling, no illegal content — no exceptions, even when "the CEO" is asked.

3. The mission charter (references/09) can be replaced wholesale with your own manifesto — keep the "mission above any single battle" structure. This pack shares an organizational paradigm; it makes no income claims.
